This new 4.21 minute Nature video Mobile Medicine samples the more than 2,000 iPhone apps that are making medicine increasingly mobile.

It is hard to understand why students are not also carrying smartphones as their basic connective tool with the information they are learning and skills they are practicing. You are not going to see a textbook being used as a stethoscope. For an iPhone: yes, there’s an app for that.
